The Stimulus Package before the Senate, passed by the House, should be dead on arrival because it will not stimulate the economy one bit.  It will, however, stimulate further dependence on government by minority special interest groups and welfare recipients.  I, like most American's, will help anyone who is having a hard time.  But I, like most American's, won't help anyone beyond the point that they will not help themselves and become totally dependent on others.  This fraud is 95% pure pork for democrat pet projects.  There is only $30 billion dollars for infrastructure improvements that would actually create a few jobs.  The rest is pure welfare fraud.  For example, $5.2 billion to ACORN as payment for dubious vote gathering to get Obama elected.  By its very nature it looks like payback to criminal elements for unwavering support for a suspect candidate.  $795 billion dollars of this Obamanation is useless graft, gifts to extremist special interest radicals, and pork to State governments with all the usual strings attached.

This administration is using a crisis to perpetuate and make the crisis unmanageable.  If this passes America will collapse economically and morally with no hope for an end to the downturn in sight.  Their malefic pandering to Union thuggery will destroy business and cause thousands of companies to close their doors.  History is apparently invisible to these corpulent politicians and this anti-American administration.  They seem perfectly willing to repeat the abysmal failure of Jimmy Carter's policies with their eyes wide open.  This tells me that they are incredibly stupid or they are intent on making America equal to every third world nation on earth.  In either case, America cannot afford to allow this egregious affront to economic recovery become law.  Hopefully, Republicans in the Senate can hold firm, and with the help of a few democrats who have come to their senses, stop this madness before it destroys America's economy beyond repair.  This challenge to Republicans is Sisyphean; but hopefully they can get mindless democrats to stand under the stone Republicans are pushing up the hill in DC hell.  Then, with any luck at all, the stone will crush democrats stubbornly lined up under it when it falls so that they can never attempt such economic malfeasance again.
